Women
For centuries, Black women of colour have held leadership positions in a wide variety of domains in society. They haven’t always been recognised for their achievements and many times have had to fight through mountains of challenge and injustice. We have much to learn from these everyday heroes and want to make impactful steps to change the adverse narrative for Black women of colour - especially in leadership.
We provide resources and services to support and empower women in all fields. Whilst our focus is for women of colour, it not exclusive to this. You can listen to podcasts where we interview leading women, book onto a group workshop or focus group - or for one-to-one attention, book coaching sessions.
We care, we understand and we will support you in your situation and in reaching your goals.

Hosting inspiring black women of colour leaders, who are achieving great things in their areas of influence. With the intention of supporting ethnic minority women leaders in their careers, and businesses, sharing experiences on their leadership pressures and emerging success. Encouraging them take their rightful place in every sphere of society.
